This project is funded by the European Commission’s 7th Framework Program (FP7).

The objective is to foster the cooperation between computing service providers and scientific user communities to develop, test and deploy a large cloud-computing infrastructure for e-science and SMEs in Europe.

lsds-rg is responsible of porting the metaPIGA phylogenetic application on the Venus-C Cloud platform.

Twelve partners and 15 sub-contractors participate in this project.
