24 Mar 2026: Swiss AI Days in Fribourg

Mohsen Salimi, a PhD student at the University of Geneva and Research Assistant at HEPIA’s LSDS group, presented his research at the Swiss AI Days in Fribourg on March 24th. His poster was selected as one of the event’s more impactful contributions.

The work, titled “A Dynamic Proxy-Based Framework for Clustering in Distributed Learning,” proposes a 7-stage iterative procedure to handle data heterogeneity in Federated and Split Learning.
