21 Jan 2026: European Research & Innovation Opportunities

We’ve participated to the conference “European Funding – Opportunities for Companies & Academics Collaborations” that took place at Campus BioTech in Geneva the 21st of January 2026.

The conference was designed to inform academia and industry stakeholders of the opportunities to be part of Horizon Europe projects under Clusters 4 and 5, as well as other international funding mechanisms.

Our presentation focused on sharing our institutional experience within the O-CEI project, detailing the establishment of our Swiss Pilot initiative. We illustrated how HES-SO, through its extensive network, successfully orchestrated a comprehensive partnership encompassing technology providers, solution integrators, end users, prosumers, and system operators.

The event brought together approximately 70 participants, with 60% from academia and 40% from industry. While the biomedical sector was strongly represented, attendees also included stakeholders from other related disciplines.
